McLean, Virginia – Celerity Government Solutions is proud to announce that it was recently awarded the first task order on the $300M Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Services for Enabling Agile Delivery (SEAD) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Through this task order, Celerity Government Solutions will provide hands-on coaching services to support the design, implementation, and use of Agile and other modern development techniques and best practices to modernize business practices and processes within the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Secure Flight program. Celerity Government Solutions will assist the program in transitioning from a hybrid waterfall/pseudo-Agile development methodology, to a more structured Agile development and release schedule.
Celerity Government Solutions’ SEAD team includes Agile coaches and experts with strong technical backgrounds to support DHS Component project teams in the successful implementation of next-generation web-based applications and systems infrastructure, focusing on automation, availability, performance, and efficiency at scale. Further, Celerity Government Solutions’ seasoned Agile coaches will instill the value of finding defects as they are created, rather than later in the process when resolution can be exponentially more expensive.
