Hite has an impressive record of professional accomplishment for a person of any age. Over the last 15 years, he has served in human capital roles across various industries, including the Federal Government and non-profit, hospitality/tourism, and management consulting organizations. Before coming to Celerity Government Solutions, Hite served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the U.S. House of Representatives, under the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). He led a portfolio of human capital services (House Learning Center, Office of Employee Assistance, House Wounded Warrior Program, and CAO Human Resources) supporting the Members, House Officers, and staff. Hite has demonstrated further expertise in Strategic Planning, Audits, Risk Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, and Project Management.
At Celerity Government Solutions, he provides leadership for all of the organization’s workforce-related activities. In this role, Hite leads a team of dedicated human resources professionals providing a range of services including workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
