McLean, VA – Washington Business Journal has named Celerity Government Solutions one of Greater Washington’s Best Places to Work of 2014. This prestigious award, now in its 8th year, draws nominations for hundreds of companies. The Washington Business Journal staff reviewed thousands of employee surveys to determine the honorees. The anonymous Best Places to Work survey asks employees questions about their company related to Teamwork, Retention, Trust in Coworkers and Leadership, Manager Effectiveness, Feeling Valued, Job Satisfaction, Benefits, and other criteria to ensure a comprehensive view of the company. Companies must provide the survey to all employees and must achieve a minimum number of responses to be considered for award, ensuring that the survey results are truly representative of the corporate environment and culture across the organization.
