As Xcelerate’s Chief Growth Officer, Marlene Harold is responsible for managing Xcelerate’s growth strategy for all new business opportunities. She has a proven track record of winning new business with DoD and Civilian Agency clients and brings more than 20 years of experience supporting the full lifecycle of Federal Government programs including Capture, Proposal, and Program Management.

Marlene’s technical and project management background enables her to understand complex requirements and lead teams in developing compliant and compelling solutions to Government requirements. She specializes in implementing processes and procedures to support rapid response to quick turnaround RFP and task order requests to meet customer deadlines.

Prior to coming to Celerity Government Solutions, Marlene held similar positions at Intelligent Decisions, IBM, and Sprint Government Systems.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from National-Louis University. Marlene and her family live in Northern Virginia.
