As the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Sales, Bill is responsible for the continued growth of the company and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. He works closely with Xcelerate executive leadership to enhance our go to market efforts, lead complex deal execution and strategy and foster new and existing client relationships.

Bill brings more than 25 years of Federal sales, business development, capture and operations experience. Prior to joining Xcelerate, Bill led IBM’s integrated cross-brand business for the Department of Defense (DoD); a role where he was responsible for sales strategy, execution, business results and client satisfaction for the full range of IBM offerings across the Department. In that role Bill was responsible for the continued growth of the company and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization to include: consulting, technology services, software, hardware, and financing.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Penn State University.

Bill currently resides with his wife and two (2) children in Leesburg, VA.
