As the Vice President of Intelligence Group, Frank is responsible for growth and business development activities to include managing delivery and P&L for IC and National Security programs. Frank has been with Xcelerate over 11 years collaborating with senior leadership to establish the IC go-to-market strategy and scaling the organization. He has been recognized as a leading industry partner with system integrators and agency customers across the federal market delivering state of the art Digital Transformation, Strategic Consulting and Enterprise Security solution offerings.

Frank brings more than 20 years of sales, business development, capture, and operations experience in both the federal and commercial sectors. Prior to joining Xcelerate, Frank served in multiple strategic roles with Xerox corporation, selected by leadership as one of the top sales specialists in the country to implement Global Outsourcing solutions critical to the overall corporate strategy. He was responsible for developing and integrating managed services offerings, managed teams of sales representatives and assisted with integrating acquired companies’ client and solution portfolios.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from James Madison University.

Frank currently resides with his wife in Washington, DC.
