As President & Chief Operating Officer, Danny Olmes oversees all of Xcelerate Solutions’ daily operations and business functions, including Xcelerate’s core infrastructure including IT, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Headquarters Management.

Danny has more than 20 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense and Commercial industries, specializing in multiple disciplines including business management, financial management & analysis, data analytics, supply chain management, and association management. Danny is an execution-focused professional and is adept at driving efficiency at a corporate and operational level. He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to build and manage a wide range of relationships to drive business opportunities and enable organizational change. Most recently, Danny served as the Founder and President of Hellen Systems, a technology/infrastructure start-up that is primarily focused on protecting US Critical Infrastructures through the development and deployment of enhanced LORAN (eLORAN) as an independent and resilient back-up for the Global Positioning System (GPS).

Danny holds a BS in Biology from Virginia Tech.  He lives in Northern VA with his family.
